WBOP POH are currently advertising for a newly created position of Integrated Primary Mental Health and Addiction Services (IPMHAS) Programme Lead.
This position is full time initially for a fixed term of 2 years.
This position will report to the GM Community Services and lead a team to support network partners and communities.

The ideal candidate will have:
• Registered health professional with relevant tertiary qualification (Psychologist, Psychotherapist, Registered Nurse, Social Worker, Mental Health Nurse)
• Relevant qualification in management an advantage
• Previous experience with Mental Health and Addiction services
• Ability to develop and sustain partnerships across key stakeholders in our network
• A willingness to contribute to the transformation of primary mental health & addiction services
• Knowledge of Te Tiriti of Watangi principles and a commitment to Māori health equity
• Excellent written and confident verbal communication skills
• Excellent planning and organisational skills
• Proven experience in people leadership
• A full and current NZ driver's license
