The Western BOP Primary Health Organisation helps to plan, fund and coordinate health care in our local communities.
This mostly involves health care professionals such as family doctors, nurses and hauora workers at general practices, medical centres and community clinics.
We receive funds from our local district health board and elsewhere to provide these services.
We do more than just care for people who are unwell – we also help people to stay healthy with programmes such as breast screening, smoking cessation and immunisation.
